GRI - Condominiums and Planned Communities + CE

Description

Learn the fundamental characteristics of Community Associations and Planned Communities and the various laws which govern them. This course also includes understanding governing documents, fiscal operations and budgets, reserves and assessment collections. You will clearly be able to explain the role and importance of Community Association administration, and management of physical assets to repairs and maintenance. This information will equip you better to direct your buyer on how to obtain important information on properties that are governed by Community Associations and how they operate.*THIS COURSE IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR THE GRI DESIGNATION* 

*This will be SPLIT into 2-3 HOUR classes instead of 1-6 HOUR class. MUST ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS ON FEBRUARY 25 & 26 TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE GRI DESIGNATION.*

*Class will be taught via ZOOM video conferencing. Access link and course materials will be emailed prior to the class.*

A Photo ID and current real estate pocket card is required at each check-in. Students must LOGIN on time and be present for 100% of the course. Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeit of course fee and/or CE certification. RAM reserves the right to reschedule or substitute instructors; reschedule or cancel a class due to insufficient registration; and dismiss disruptive students from the classroom.
